Moraine Valley Community College is offering saliva-based COVID-19 Testing to the community.
These saliva-based tests are in the same category as PCR nasal swab tests and are acceptable when a PCR test is required.
Instead of the usual nasal swab, a saliva sample is deposited in a tube labeled with your name and birthday. Results are reported to you by email within 12-24 hours.
Tests are administered on a first come/first served basis. No appointments are taken. Testing sites are on MVCC campuses in Palos Hills, Blue Island, and Tinley Park. Hours of operation are listed below.
